These are the documents that actually let us set your department up accurately - uploading them now, instead of us having to ask for them later, is the single biggest thing you can do to speed this up. PDF only, 15MB max each.

Covers PTO accrual, special pays, and most benefits.

e.g. your CalPERS contract - shows the exact tier formulas and hire-date cutoffs. This is usually the hardest thing for us to get right without it.

Base pay steps, longevity, POST/EMT bonuses, etc.

Shift schedule/FLSA policy, personnel rules - anything else that would help.

Not your actual pay stub - no dollar amounts, no personal info. Just the NAMES of every category of pay that shows up on it (every line under "earnings"). This is one of the biggest things that speeds up getting your department's numbers right.

Same idea - just the names of every deduction/withholding line, not the amounts.
